Outdoor group games like cornhole and giant yard dice are provided, in addition to board games and indoor games if the weather isn’t ideal for outdoor fun. GREAT ROOM Step into a generously sized great room with two full-sized couches (one a queen sleeper sofa) and a 65" flat-screen TV with Roku, giving you access to your personal streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Hulu. Roku's guest mode automatically logs out of all apps at the end of your stay. DINING ROOM The great room opens to the dining room, featuring an expandable table with seating for 8–10. KITCHEN The well-appointed kitchen includes a toaster oven, blender, food processor, pots & pans, colanders, a Keurig combo coffee maker, and a healthy assortment of cooking utensils. It can be accessed from both the Great Room and Dining Room and overlooks the Florida Room. FLORIDA ROOM The Florida Room is a second living space at the back of the house, filled with natural light from south-facing windows. It includes another full-size sofa, a 58" TV, and space for a kids’ play area- perfect for little ones to enjoy while you relax. OUTSIDE The Florida Room opens to a private, fully fenced backyard (over 2,200 sq. ft.) with plenty of room for outdoor games and relaxation. Enjoy the NEW 300 square foot patio, chaise loungers and Adirondack chairs for sun or reading, a smokeless fire pit (S'mores, anyone?), and a pair of mango trees- feel free to help yourself when in season. If bringing your dog, let us know so we can leave out dog toys. BEDROOMS The hallway off the Great Room leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a Roku TV (bring your streaming passwords; guest mode automatically signs you out at checkout!), and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower with multiple settings, including a rainfall option. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each feature a queen bed, a Roku TV, and blackout curtains. Bedroom 2 also features a workspace (42” desk, monitor, and ergonomic desk chair). All bedrooms have remote-controlled ceiling fans, USB charging plugs, nightstands, and ample closet and drawer space. BATHROOMS The primary bathroom is a ¾ bath with dual vanities and a multi-setting shower. Guests have access to a hairdryer and starter toiletries. The 2nd bathroom features a combination tub/shower, plenty of counter space, and a spa tray for wine and Kindle enjoyment. BEACH SUPPLIES The guest closet between the primary and 2nd bedrooms houses beach supplies: beach toys, a beach blanket, a backpack cooler, 2 chairs, a beach umbrella, and towels for easy beach days.
